Whitney Houston – The Megamix (Jody den Broeder & Warren Rigg Extended Video Edit)

Rest in Peace.

Aside

I’m not usually a fan of dubstep, it doesn’t seem to push the point of a song forward at all. Most producers get caught up in their own hubris, creating a pointless reiteration of the wubba-wubba sound.

However, I’m a fan of DJ Ants’ work, so I gave this a listen. He does a brilliant job of making the melody important and a driving force to the song. Worth a listen, the download is available on his soundcloud page.

Emeli Sandé – Next To Me

One of my guildmates @thetyn recommended this as an artist similar in taste to Adele. Worth a listen, check it out! Happy Tunesday!

Afrojack feat Eva Simons – Take Over Control (DJ Ants Remix)

DJ Ants, producer of GleeMin’, the Glee MegaMix, has produced a new remix of Afrojack’s ubiquitous Take Over Control. To me this is a song that has been well played out, but Ants manages to squeeze something fresh out of it.

Pixie Lott – What Do You Take Me For? (feat. Pusha T) (Bimbo Jones Remix)

The original cut of this song was ok, but this has an anthem-like quality to it that I enjoy.

Kelly Rowland – Down For Whatever (Ranlusy Extended Club Mix)

Kelly Rowland has so much talent. This remix has some wubba wubba in the background for you dubstep fans. Enjoy.

Katy B – Movement

Bright tropical colors everywhere, it’s like an ad for visiting Ibiza. Still, nice upbeat song, check it out.
